Communication Errors
If you are having trouble uploading your results to the Telserve web
server (communication error messages), you may want to try the
following:
- If testing indoors, move closer to a window for better cellular
reception
- If you are still having difficulties, try moving outside of the
building
- Check to see if there is cellular coverage in your area
