If Your Data Transmission is Not Successful
If the device cannot communicate with the Telserve web
server, the following message will appear:
“Unable to complete transmission to server. Retrying...(this
could take a minute)”
If the device cannot communicate with the Telserve web
server it will automatically retry to send the data 3 times.
(Once every 20 seconds).
If three retries fail, you will see the following message:
“No Connection to Server. Data will be sent at next test.”
If no connection is present, your test results will be stored in
your device and sent later.
