Installation

Degaussing the Probe

After the probe is identi

ed by the host

instrument:

The screen display prompts you to

degauss the probe

The multicolor Degauss/AutoZero

status LED on the probe

ashes red

NOTE.

The DC gain and offset are not

guaranteed when this LED

ashes red.

With no conductor in the jaw, lock the
probe slide.

Press the

Degauss/AutoZero

button on

the probe or in the Degauss window on the
host instrument.

The multicolor Degauss/AutoZero status
LED glows green to indicate a successful
degauss routine was run, and that the
probe is in normal operating mode.
