ed trigger
The Time Quali
fi
ed trigger allows you to specify a trigger based on timing characteristics. Trigger events that pass the timing
quali
fi
cation result in an acquisition. Trigger events that do not pass the timing quali
fi
cation are ignored. Time-quali
fi
cation
can be applied when the trigger source is RF Input and the trigger type is Power.
1.
Connect the signal source to the RF Input of the RSA7100,
2.
In the SignalVu-PC application, set the Span to include the frequency of the signal source.
3.
Click
to open the Trigger control panel.
4.
Select
Triggered
.
5.
Set Source to
RF Input
, Type to
Power
, select the slope, and set the
Level
to the amplitude of the signal source.
6.
Select the
Time Quali
fi
ed
tab and set the Time 1 and Time 2 values.
7.
If desired, you can view the sample rate in the Acquisition Data tab of the Acquire control panel. The sample rate allows
you to
fi
nd the corresponding minimum off time and pulse width in the following table.
