In the dialog box, select the

Ext Trigger BNC

button to open the Ext

Trigger BNC dialog box.

In the dialog box, set

BNC IN/OUT

Verify that the measured values are as follows:

High Level:

> 2.2 V

Low Level:

< 0.8 V

Disconnect the 50

Ω

BNC cable from the oscilloscope CH1 input, and then

connect the BNC cable to the CH1 connector on the frequency counter. See

Figure 3-2.
