Modify the oscilloscope settings as follows:

CH 1 and CH 2 Vertical Scale: 200 mV/div

CH 1 and CH 2 Impedance: 50

Ω

Horizontal Scale: 20 ns/div

Trigger: Edge Trigger, CH 1/CH 2 Rising, Set Level to 50%

Click the

Data Timing...
