Preface

This manual documents the capabilities, specifications, operation, and installa-
tion of the AVG1 Generator module.

About This Manual

This manual is composed of the following sections:

Getting Started

provides a product description, incoming inspection

procedure, and a standard and optional accessories list. It also provides
procedures on how to install signal sets.

Operating Basics

describes the windowed menu interface and how to control

the module through the interface in conjunction with the front panel.

Syntax and Commands

defines the syntax used in command descriptions,

presents a list of all command subsystems, and presents detailed descriptions
of all programming commands.

Appendices

provides additional information including the Specifications and

hardware installation procedures.
