Floppy Disk System

372 User Manual

Path Information

ROOT (\)

- The highest level directory.

PARENT (..) - A parent directory of the current working directory.

CURRENT (.) - The current working directory.

Current Working Directory Information

For a directory, an ID <DIR>, and the date and time the directory was

created are displayed:

<DIR> Date Time

For a file, the file size and the date and time the file was updated are disĆ

played:

Size (in bytes) Date Time

The functions of the DISK menu soft buttons are outlined in Table 3Ć43.

When you touch a soft button other than [CHANGE DIR], the corresponding

popĆup menu appears. Each popĆup menu displays selectors that set paĆ

rameters required for the execution of a particular function or field where you

set parameters by touching a box in the FILE/DIR selection box. When you

have set the necessary parameters and touch the [EXECUTE] soft button,

the function of soft button you touched is performed. To terminate a popĆup

menu without carrying out the function, touch the [ESCAPE] soft button.
