Set time-mark generator for 1 ms time marks.

Position first time marker horizontally to the first vertical graticule line

(left-m ost edge of the graticule).

Press TIME MEASUREMENTS button to display the H- SEC -»l cursors.

Position the reference cursor to the second time marker and the delta

cursor to the tenth time marker.
