Upgrading the BIOS with UBIOS

5.1.2 

Copying Flash BIOS

If you select one of the Copy options from the main menu, a screen similar to the following is
displayed:

FLASH BIOS COPY

Enter Filename for Flash BIOS (*.bin)

821all.bin

You begin a Flash Copy operation, by typing a filename (including the extension) for the
file you are creating. You must use the same extension as the one indicated in parentheses
on the screen. In the above example, the filename entered was “821all.bin”.

Press ENTER to proceed.

The progress of the operation will display on the screen in percentage completed.

If  the filename entered for the BIOS file already exists, the following message will appear
on the screen:

File already exits! Overwrite? (Y/N)

If you choose to overwrite the existing file, its content will be lost.

To return to the main menu, hit any key on the keyboard.

Note:

There may be slight changes to the Flash BIOS Update screen compared to those
shown here for an Update ALL BIOS operation. Also, if an error occurs, these
will be indicated on the screen.
