BIOS Setup Program

4.2 

STANDARD CMOS SETUP

This part of the setup allows you to set the time, date, hard disk type, types of floppy drives
and video type.

Date/Time

The current values for each category are displayed.

Hard Disks

Two IDE controllers are implemented (Primary and Secondary), each supports
two disks (Master Disk and Slave Disk).

Drive A / Drive B

Selects the category identifying the types of floppy disk drive A or drive B that
have been installed in the computer.

Video

This option specifies the basic type of display adapter card installed in the
system.

CRT & LCD

Indicates whether the CRT only, LCD only or Both display mode is selected.

Halt On

This option specifies the type of the error that will stop the system during the
BIOS booting procedure. When an error occurs the corresponding message is
displayed. Press F1 to continue or DEL to enter into the BIOS setup program.
The settings are: All errors, No errors, All but keyboard, All but diskette, and All
but disk/key (default setting).
