• There are three ways in which you can reduce energy consumption when not in use.
a) Press both + and - buttons for 3 seconds

, the display will show OFF

. The oven
will wait for 30 seconds and then the display lighting will turn off automatically.
To exit from standby mode: press both + and - buttons for 3 seconds

b) If the control panel is not touched for 10 seconds: the display will revert automatically to clock
mode.
c) If the control panel is not touched for 10 minutes: the digital display will automatically turn off.
Press any button to “wake it up”.
Standby mode
To help you prepare your meals, your oven has 18 pre-programmed
cooking modes:
- from A1 to A8 for steam cooking
- from B1 to B8 for oven cooking
- from C1 to C5 for combined cooking
• Press the programmed cooking mode button

and select the
desired programme
(fig. 26)
using the + / - buttons
(fig. 12)

• The digital display will show the cooking mode and the programmed the
temperature and time.
• Press the Start / Stop button to start
(fig. 8)
. Cooking will start. The cooking
time is counted down in steps of one second.
• At the end of the cooking time, the oven will turn off automatically. You can
stop the oven before the end of the cooking time by pressing the
Start / Stop button

- Press Start / Stop once: the digital display will indicate 3 minutes. The
oven will stop automatically in 3 minutes, after the steam has been
cleared.
- Press Start / Stop twice: the oven will stop.
Programmed cooking mode
The cooking time and
temperature are set
automatically, as
shown in the tables
on the following
pages. You can only
change the cooking
time. To do this, press
the timer button and
the preset cooking
time will start to
flash.
Press the + / - buttons
(fig. 12) to change
the cooking time
(min. 5 minutes /
max. 60 minutes).
