HOT DISPLAY CABINETS DESCRIPTION

This instruction manual refers to "Hot Display Cabinet" suitable for the storage, exposure and maintaining of
“PASTRY and GASTRONOMY Products”

The Multideck Close Display is available with the following dimensions:

EVO HOT (CURVED GLASS) :

60 - 90 - 120 - 150 - 180 mm

EVOK HOT (STRAIGHT GLASS) :

90 - 120 - 150 - 180 m

EVO HOT and EVOK models include:

base + n.3 glass shelves with ligthing

lighting on the top canopy as standard

Power supply: 230V - 1ph - 50Hz.

The insulation of the basin is free of CFC in order to guarantee a low environmental impact.
