The message is displayed every two minutes, until the QUICK START key is pressed; after pressing the key the
exercise intensity remains the same.
30 seconds before the end of the test, with or without the heart rate monitor, you must indicate the effort level
you felt during the exercise:
how tired are you?
Type in with the number pad a value between 1 and 9, where 1 is nothing at all and 9 is extremely strong, as
described in the following table that represents the Borg scale.

goal keys can also be used to increase or decrease the value in the arc until achieving
the desired value.
Then press ENTER to confirm and proceed.
If during the test started with the heart rate monitor the heart rate signal is not detected for 100 consecutive
seconds, the test is cancelled and will have to be repeated.
