3.5 Constant heart rate workout (CPR)
A constant heart rate workout is very important in situations where certain heart rate levels have to be kept to.
In constant heart rate workouts, the exercise effort level is automatically adjusted to take the heart rate to the
preselected level and keep it constant throughout the entire exercise.
The chest band must be worn for this workout.
When in standby, press the
key.
select goal
Press the key for the selected GOAL.

Type in the goal value with the number keys and then press ENTER to confirm and proceed.
age = 30
Type in the age with the number keys and then press ENTER to confirm and proceed.
