Using the equipment
Adjust the seat height by lifting the lever (

)
under the front of the seat. To lower the seat
you can remain seated; un-weight the seat to
raise it.
In the starting position your arms are outstretched
and the plates are slightly lifted.
Select the workload with the pin (

); if the
workload is close to or greater than your body
weight use the seat belt (

).
Rest your back flat against the backrest.
Change your grip to adjust the movement for
comfort.
Push the easy-start foot bar (

) with your right
foot, then grasp the handgrips.
Holding the handgrips, let go of the foot bar (
D
)
and place feet firmly on the floor for stability.
