Adjusting cable tension
To take up some of the slack in the weight stack
cable proceed as follows:
- remove the front protective weight stack
panel;
- use an Allen key (
A
) and an open
spanner (
B
);
- back off the nut (
C
) securing the screw (
D
) by
half a turn in an anticlockwise direction;
- simultaneously turn both housings of the
pulley, in a clockwise direction to tighten
the cable or in an anticlockwise direction
to loosen it;

Turn the two housings by the same
amount on either side: to do this,
continually check that the tabs (E)
remain perfectly aligned.
- after completing the operation, lock down
the nut (

) holding the screw (

);
- replace the front protective weight stack
panel.
