TREAD BELT MOTOR IS JERKING

The probable cause is a disconnected phase either at the Driver board output or on the motor;

TREAD BELT

MOTOR IS

JERKING

Are the tread belt motor

windings resistance correct?

YES

Replace the tread

belt motor

Replace the Driv er

Check if the IPA409

parameter is correctly

Follow the procedure step by step to correctly diagnose the problem. Take particular care with the

checks highlighted by circled numbers, which are described in detail below:

Check parameter

IPA409

as detailed in the table at the paragraph: 9.4.3. “Inverter”.

(2)

Disconnect the cable from the motor and place a tester across its terminals U-V, U-W and V-

W. The measured value of the resistance should be 1.9 Ohm.
