7.18. DISASSEMBLING THE TREAD BELT MOTOR

Carry out the procedure described in paragraph:
7.13. “Disassembling the motor guard”.
1. Release the spring
(a)
of the tensioning
mechanism of the tread belt.

2. Unplug connector of the tread belt motor
cable on the Driver.
3. Back off the 4 nuts
(b)
using a 13mm
wrench, looking down the screws below
using a 6mm hexagonal wrench,. access in
from the bottom of the machine
4. Remove the plate and the belt motor.
To reassemble the tread belt motor, carry out the
above steps in reverse order.
CAUTION: During the reassembly lock
down the screws (b) using a torque
wrench setting on 15Nm.
CAUTION: During the reassembly lock
down the screws that fining the motor to
the support plate, using a torque wrench
settings on 22Nm.
