DISASSEMBLING THE ELEVATION MOTOR

Carry out the procedure described in paragraph:

7.14. “Disassembling the lower guard”.

Turn the machine over on one side:

Unplug the cable from the Driver.

Remove the split pin

(a)

and remove the pin

(b)

that fixing the elevation motor to the

frame.

and unthread the pin

(d)

Remove the elevation motor

(e)

To reassemble the elevation motor, carry out the

above steps in reverse order.

CAUTION: In case of elevation carriage

disassembly, during the reassembly lock

down the screws (f) using a torque

wrench settings for 50Nm.

It is possible to disassemble the elevation

motor from the upper side avoiding

turning the machine over one side. To

do that removes first the driver box.
