8 Technical support
8.1 TDR-TA3.3T does not require a special technical support. To clean the device body
surface should be used a soap solution or alcohol. The use of aggressive chemical
substances (petrol, acetone, paint thinner) is strictly prohibited.
8.2 As a power source for the device TDR-TA3.3T are used 4 batteries AA with rated
voltage 1,2 W and capacity 2700 mA/hr. These batteries of are sealed and maintenance-
free for the entire service life. At lower temperatures the battery capacity decreases (60%
at -
20 ° C). Prior to operation, check the battery status. Battery status can be assessed by
the indicator in the upper left corner of the screen in MEASUREMENT mode.
8.3 The device is equipped with a battery discharge control system (see issue 6.11).
8.4 Charge the battery in the following order:
- open the cover of battery cell located on the back surface of the device;
- extract the case with batteries from the devise;
- extract the batteries from the case;
- install the batteries in the charger;
- connect the charger to a 220 V 50 Hz;
- after charging is finished, do the procedure in the reverse order;
CAUTION:
- keep the polarity of the battery installation;
- do not charge the battery at a
mbient temperatures below 0 ° C;
- extract the batteries from the battery cell in case of prolonged non-use of the
TDR-TA3.3T.
9 Calibration of the device.
9.1
Calibration of the device is only possible at the manufacturer’s laboratory, as
opening of the device is needed. If calibration is needed, the device should be sent to the
address mentioned above.
