CLIP WARNING
The Chorus control in the CHR section has a built-in
clip warning. Likea VU meter, the Chorus control will
flash red to warn you if the BassFly Rig is being
overloaded. To check the cause, shut off all the
effects. Play your bass. If the clipwarning stays lit,
engage the In Pad, as your bass is sending too hot of
asignal. Otherwise, when those sections are engaged,
trim the corre-sponding Level control accordingly
(Comp, Boost, SansAmp).Bear in mind that
occasional blinks (peaks) are okay and can be ex-
pected when you dig into your strings, but it should
not be continu-ously lit.!! WARNING !! DO NOT RUN
THE SPEAKER OUTPUTOF ANYAMPdirectly into a
Fly Rig/SansAmp input. Severe damage to the amp
and the Fly Rig/SansAmp will result.12
VOYANT DE SATURATION
Le potentiomètre de la section CHR comporte un voyant de
saturation intégré, il clignotera en rouge pour vous avertir si le
BassFly Rig est saturé.
Pour vérifier la cause, désactivez tous les effets et jouez de la
basse.
- Si le voyant reste allumé, engagez le pad d'entrée (IN PAD),
car le signal de votre basse est trop fort.
- Sinon, lorsque ces sections sont activées, ajustez le niveau
correspondant en conséquence (Level Comp, Boost et level
SansAmp). Gardez à l’esprit que des clignotements
occasionnels (pics) sont prévisibles si vous attaquez fort vos
cordes mais le voyant ne doit pas être continuellement allumé.

COMP Section
Comp utilizes old school, all-analog, FET-based
technology from the ‘50sand ‘60s, which is inherently
warmer, more transparent and more musicalthan
other methods of compression.
COMP :
A single, continuously variable control to dial
in just the rightamount of compression you need. A
little goes a long way, from soft and barely noticeable
to super squashy, infinite sustain.
TONE:
As compressors typically darken your guitar
signal, the Tonecontrol provides a pre-compression
tonal boost in the frequency rangeof 2-3 kHz to
preserve high-end string attack and clarity. Experiment
with lower settings for warmer, rounder, more jazzy
tones.
LEVEL:
Adjusts the output level of the Comp section.

Comp utilise la technologie FET des années 50 et 60,
entièrement analogique. Elle est intrinsèquement plus chaude,
plus transparente et plus musicale que les autres méthodes de
compression.
COMP:
Un contrôle unique et progressif pour ajuster le niveau
de compression dont vous avez besoin : de doux et à peine

TONE:
Comme les compresseurs assombrissent généralement
le signal de votre guitare, le potentiomètre Tone fournit un boost
pré-compression dans la plage de fréquences de 2 à 3 kHz pour
préserver l'attaque des cordes et la clarté. Expérimentez avec
des réglages plus bas pour des tonalités plus chaudes, plus
rondes et plus jazzy.
