power mode is more power saving and
suggested for short range transmission.
When battery condition is weak 2 beep
tones will follow when you press PTT. In
this case the transmitting output power
automatically switches to low power
mode.
17. Auto Power Off (APO)
Press twice quickly the red power switch
while the power is “On” can attain this
mode. The symbol (12) shows up in this
mode. Repeat same procedure to cancel
it. The transceiver automatically turns off
after 30 minutes from the last key entry or
last incoming call. A warning tone is
heard 1 minute before the power turns off
finally. “Auto power off “ function retains
its setting even after power is off.
APPROVAL
The transceiver is approved according
to the European standard ETS 300 296
& ETS 300 680. In most of the member
countries of the European Union the
ETS approval will be recognised.
Therefore maybe it is free of fees and
notice to PTT authorities. Please check
your local requirements.
