4.5.3 Socket Inspection
After removing the PHM, ensure socket is free of damage or contamination prior to PHM install.
Refer to Inspection Section 5.7 for more details. Inspecting socket and PHM under magnifying diopter
light is recommended for better examination. If debris is observed, try using an OFA air source with no more than 60psi
using a blow gun with an air safety tip and blow the debris gently away,
do not try to remove with tweezers
