Tooling Changeover
DANGER
When tightening or loosening any bolts on the face of the pulleys, it is possible that the mechanism will move. Use caution
with hand placement when changing tooling.
LOTO procedure must be used to perform tooling changeover.
1. Changeover tooling is in the tooling holder on the inside of the machine behind the scrap door (see
Figure 41).
2. The following tools are kept in this location:
a. Mandrel Changeover Tool: 2359204-1
b. Tooling Change Tool: 2361560-1
