The gripper mechanism transferring to the right isn't as critical as the mechanism transferring to the left so the extend
switch location isn't as critical as the retract switch.
C. Chop Cylinder Retract Switch Adjustment
(Figure 14)
1. “Power up" the main air by turning the DCC terminator "on."
2. Turn "off" the main air.
3. Open the guards and look at the chop cylinder retract switch.
4. If the LED on the switch is not lit, adjust the switch.
5. Loosen the screw on the switch.
6. Slide the switch to the bottom of the cylinder.
7. Slide the switch up until the LED on the switch lights.
8. Slide the switch up an additional 3mm [.125 in].
9. Tighten the screw securing the switch.
