6. The horizontal pipe cannot be connected to the vertical pipe at a same height. It can be
connected in a manner as shown below.
7. When unifying multiple drain pipes, install the pipes as Figure 3-1-51. Select converging drain
pipes whose gauge is suitable for the operating capacity of the unit (take the cassette type unit for
example)
8. Water storage pipe setting
If the indoor unit has high extra static pressure and without water pump to elevate the condensate
water, such as high extra static pressure duct unit, the water storage pipe should be set to avoid
converse flow or blow water phenomena
