Default settings upon purchasing the machine:

Milk froth

approx. 130 ml

(depending on the position of the rotary control)

We recommend that you always rinse the milk system

immediately

after preparing

beverages with milk. See section “Rinsing the milk

system”.

Tip

: You can customise the amount of milk froth. Learn more about how

to do this in the chapter titled “Adjusting the amount of the beverage”.

Rinsing the milk system

Milk goes off quickly. For the perfect milk froth and to ensure optimum

hygiene, we recommend rinsing the milk system

every time after

preparing

beverages with milk. Rinsing the milk system must never

replace daily cleaning. Clean the milk system at the end of the day

as described in the section titled “Cleaning”.

Each time a beverage is

prepared that contains milk,

the

EasyClean

button will

flash for a few seconds.

This indicates that the milk

system should be rinsed.

1. Fill a cup or glass with fresh,

clear tap water or drinking
water.

2. Insert the stainless steel

wand into the water.

3. Place an empty container

underneath the milk/coffee
spout.

4. Set the milk froth rotary

control to the medium setting.

5. Press the

EasyClean

button

once briefly to rinse out the

pipes and hoses that connect

to the milk spout.

The machine will heat up and the rinse cycle will start and end automatically.
