Install propellers
There are two kinds of 4x4.5-inch propellers in the kit, clockwise rotation (3x CW) and counter-clockwise
rotation (3x CCW). Mounting them in the proper manner is paramount for a safe first flight.
On the GEMINI arms, there are indicator showing the rotational direction for each motor and propeller. The
propellers also need to be mounted with the side with the text and small prop hole facing up. Failing this will
cause the aircraft to act erratic and flip over.
Begin by preparing the propellers and then install them onto the motor bell.
1. Snap off the correct M4 adapter ring from the provided set (see photo below)
2. Trim off excess plastic stubs and firmly press the ring
all
the way into the propeller receptacle
3. Use the indicators on the arms as guidance to install the propellers on the motors. Notice how the
rounded tip faces into rotation and the small prop hole is facing up.
