Cleaning and maintenance

Unplug power cord before cleaning.

Use wet cloth clean the pot body, never immerse the pot in water.

Use a wet cloth to clean the outer casing

Clean inside of the pot lid, including all parts, then use dry cloth to dry.

Use soft cloth or soft brush to clean inner pot, then use dry cloth to dry.
*To clean pressure limiting valve, remove escape valve and run under water, see image as below:
6. Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative.

Airproof rubber sealing ring is not installed
properly
Position the sealing ring well
Difficult to close the lid
Float valve in the popped-up position
Press

Difficult to open the lid
Pressure exist inside the cooker
Float valve stuck at the popped-up position
Use the steam release handle to
reduce the internal pressure. Open
the lid after the pressure is
completely released.
Press the float valve lightly with a
pen or chopstick.
No sealing ring
Install the sealing ring
Sealing ring is damaged
Replace the sealing ring
Food debris attached to the sealing ring
Clean the sealing ring
Steam leaks from the
side of the lid
Lid not closed properly
Open then close the lid again
