Change position of the outer arm
The outer arm on
TAWI
Mobile Order Picker Compact can be installed in a position that allow 360
o
rotational degrees by reducing the lifting height capacity with approximately 350 mm.
1. Detach the KM nut, the MB lock washer, the shim spacer and the arm locking disc (a).
2. Unfasten the two M6 bolts and remove the arm locking unit (to reinstall use a 10 Nm torque) (b).
3. Lift the outer arm (d), turn it upside down and mount it on the bottom of the inner arm (c).
4. Remount the brackets and bolt of step 1-3 in reverse order on top of the inner arm (c).
5. If the position of the articulating arm is changed, remenber to turn the pulley system (e) around so
that the operating handle and suction foot can be used properly. To do that:
a: Unfasten the three M6 bolts (f) and remove the pulley (h).
b: Loose the four bults (g) about 5mm, turn the pulley (h) upsidedown and retach it into (e) and
fasten all bolts (g)(f).
• Take care to mount the fasteners and spacer in the correct orientation during reassembly. failure to
do so may cause the unit to malfunction or fall down and cause bodily injuries.
• Make sure to use the correct torque for the bolts when changing position of the outer arm. Do not
over- or undertighten. Air leakage may occur otherwise, reducing lifting capacity.
