REST mode 

1.  Each pause between the intervals is 15 seconds.
2.  During this pause, the next training position is displayed 

and the user can prepare for the next interval.

Precautions

1.  Please read the safety instructions completely before using 

the equipment.

2.  Press the UP / DOWN buttons to go to the last/ next page.
3.  Each page is displayed for 10 seconds until the display 

changes to the next page.

4.  Press RETURN to return to the main menu.
