PACKAGE CONTENTS AND USE
3.1 Package contents
The package contains the parts represented in the illustration, including a power cable with mains
plug. If one of the illustrated parts is missing, please contact your contract partner.
3.2 Use
Caution:
Make sure that you adjust the weight of the dumbbell only when it is located in the tray. Any
contravention can lead to material and/or personal damage.
To set the desired amount of weight, lift one of the two selectors (A) and slide it sightways until it is
aligned with the desired weight plate (B) and then lower the selector (A) again. Move the selector
(A) from side to side to make sure that it is fully inserted. Repeat this step with the other side of the
dumbbell. To use the dumbbell, lift it straight upward off the tray (D) so that any unattached weight
plates (B) remain in the tray (D). When you are finished with your training, turn the dumbbell so that
the selectors (A) are on top and lower it straight downward into the tray again (D).
Note:
To ensure a long durability of your dumbbell and prevent damages, please lubricate the selectors at
regular intervals.
Note:
It is possible to select a higher weight for one side of the dumbbell. By this you can fine tune the
dumbbell even better.
