In order to start the training, press the START button. The dot matrix now shows the 

following program progress:

 Preset user-defined programs (custom 1-2)

The preset, user-defined training programs are very similar to the USER 1-4 programs. 

The only difference is that with these two training programs, there are already training 

sections defined and these do not have to be entered individually - as with the USER 

programs.

The preset training sections can also be adjusted individually.
