-The jug and the blades are dishwasher safe on
a gentle wash program.
-IMPORTANT: Never immerse the blades or the
jug in water for prolonged periods, as water
may seep inside and damage their internal
mechanism, posing a risk of short circuit.
-Clean the jug using hot water to which you can
add a mild detergent.
-The inside of the jug and the blades can be
cleaned by filling the jug halfway with water and
selecting the PULSE function with or without
temperature or heat.
ERROR MESSAGES AND
TROUBLESHOOTING
-The appliance is equipped with electronic
safety systems designed to protect itself and
the user in the event of overload or misuse,
displaying warning or error messages on the
digital screen and also by emitting acoustic
signals.
-In the event of a fault which cannot be solved
by following the procedures described in the
table, please take the appliance to an authori-
zed Technical Assistance Service. If the mains
connection has been damaged, it must be
replaced, as if it were a faulty appliance.

E01 The appliance is not functioning correctly. Contact a
technical service to examine the appliance.

E02 The jug has not been fitted correctly. Fit the jug exactly
as described in the assembly chapter.

E03 Assemble the appliance exactly as described in the
assembly chapter.

E04 The appliance is overheating. Let the appliance cool
down for 0.5-2 hours and then restart it. If this error
message persists, please contact a technical service.
The LED flashes -- Press and hold the start/stop button for more than 3
seconds to reset the appliance.
