SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS

-UP INSTRUCTIONS

Procedures Before the Seeding

- Before starting seeding, make a general inspection in the seeder, tightening all

the bolts and nuts, also, verify the conditions of the pins and cotter pins, to avoid future
damages. Repeat this operation after the first day of work.

- Check the tires inflation pressure keeping the same calibration in both. For

SDA CP of 15 and 23 rows, tires 12.4/11-28. For SDA CP of 23 and 29 rows, tires 14.9/
13-28

. Calibrate both with

30 PSI

- Also check for the presence of any strange object inside the hoppers, which may

damage the metering mechanisms.

- Lubricate all the grease fittings properly.

Ideal Speed of Operation

The Seeder SDA CP model operate with larger efficiency in the range of 5 until 8

km/h. It is necessary to keep the constant speed in all the seeding.

Note: THE TIRES MUST HAVE THE SAME DRAWING AND THE SAME CALIBRATION OF

PRESSURE.

Note: HAVE THE COMPLETE INFORMATION ABOUT THE SITE BEFORE INITIATING THE

SEEDING OPERATION. MAKE A LANDMARK AT DANGEROUS PLACES OR
OBSTACLES.

Important: - ONLY FILL UP THE SEEDER IN THE WORKING SITE.

- NEVER TRAVEL AWAY WITH THE SEEDER LOADED WITH EXCESS.
