5. Assembly

Hydraulic cylinder assembly

1. Couple the cylinder (A) to the frame (B) using a junction axle and cotter pin (C).
2. Fasten the other end of the cylinder on the wheel axle (D) using a junction axle and

cotter pin (E).

- GNCRP: 40 to 72 disc blades

- GNCRP: 40 to 72 disc blades
- GNCRPE: 36 to 60 disc blades

- GNCRPE: 36 to 60 disc blades
- GNCRPE 230: 44 to 72 disc blades

- GNCRPE 230: 44 to 72 disc blades

NOTE

- On some equipment models,

use the junction axles (C

and E) with flat washers and

cotter pins.

Tires assembly

1. Couple the hub (A) to the wheel axle (B) using a bolt (C), spring washer and nut.
2. Fasten the wheel (D) to the hub (A) using nuts (E).
