Final inspection
Working preparation
Before supplying the spreader, verify the following points:
1) If the conveyor is adjusted; according to the instructions on page 34.
2) If the belt tension is adjusted properly; according to the instructions on page 35.
3) If all tires have the same inflation:
7.50 x 16 tires =
60 PSI.
11L15 tires =
52 PSI.
12.4-24/10 tires =
30 PSI.
4) If all grease fittings were properly lubricated. (See lubrication instructions on pages 41
and 42).
5) Check the gearbox oil level. (See periodic maintenance instructions on pages 43 and 44).
6) If the hydraulic jack is locked on transport / operation position. (According to the figure
on page 21).
7) If the bin is free from any objects like: bags, canvas, stones, sticks and other objects
that may damage its good performance.
8) Observe the correct assembly of the tires on the hubs, according to the drawing below.
The rims should face the inner part.
For spreaders which are activated by the cardan shaft, keep the PTO rotation speed
at 540 rpm.
For spreaders with hydraulic activation, the oil flow rate of the tractor must be 45 l/min.
