• Retighten nuts and bolts before starting to use the spreader and after the first
day of work. Also, verify the condition of all pins and cotter pins.
• Carefully observe the lubrication intervals.
• When filling the spreader, check the correct coupling to the tractor drawbar and
PTO.
• Keep the tractor drawbar fixed.
• Keep the spreader leveled.
• The correct tire inflation is important. For
7,50 x 16 tires: 60 PSI; 11L-15 tires:
52 PSI
and
12.4-24/10 tires: 30 PSI.
• Check the bin for any uncommon object that has to be removed such as bags,
canvas, sticks, stones, wrenches and others.
• Make sure that there is no uncommon object in the product.
• Observe the tension adjustment of the conveyor, as well as the transmission belt.
• The presence of any other people on the tractor or equipment is stricly forbidden
during work and transportation.
• Keep the displacement speed, PTO rotation speed and the oil flow rate constant.
• Keep the same distance between the distribution bands in order to not compromise
the uniformity of the distribution.
• Cardan shaft operating angle = 20º.
• While maneuvering, disconnect the PTO and avoid that the tractor tires touch the
drawbar.

NOTE
20º
20º
Recommended speed = 6 to 7 km/h.
For spreaders that are activated by the cardan shaft, the PTO rotation speed
should be constant at 540 rpm.
For spreaders with hydraulic cylinder, the oil flow
rate must be 45 l/min.
