Final inspection
Set-up instructions
Before supplying the spreader, verify the following points:
1)
If the conveyor is adjusted; according to the instructions on the 'conveyor tension
adjustment' page.
2) If the belt tension is adjusted properly; according to the instructions on the 'belt tension
adjustment' page.
3) If all tires have the same inflation.
4)
If all grease fittings were properly lubricated. (See 'lubrication' instructions).
5) Check the gearbox oil level. (See 'periodic maintenance' page).
6) If the jack is locked on transport / operation position. (According to the 'jack position for
working or transportation' page).
7) If the bin is free from any objects like: bags, canvas, stones, sticks and other objects
that may damage its good performance.

Observe the correct assembly of the tires on the hubs, according to the drawing below.
The rims should face the inner part.
For spreaders which are activated by the cardan shaft, keep the PTO rotation speed
at 540 rpm.
For spreaders with hydraulic activation, the oil flow rate of the tractor must be 45 l/min .
