VERTICAL TOWED MIXER - TWO AUGERS

To change the oil in the auger planetary, follow the next steps:
1. To empty the planetary, first take a container to collect the used oil (capacity ± 5.5
US Gallons). Disconnect the drain hose (Ld) and the fill hose (Le), place them in the
container and empty the oil of the redactor completely.
2. To fill the planetary connect the filler hose (Le) to an oil pumping system.
3. Introduce oil under pressure through the filling hose (Le) until clean oil starts to
come out without the presence of air bubbles through the drain hose (Ld), provide a
clean container to collect the oil coming from the drain hose.
4. Connect the drain (Ld) and fill (Le) hoses to the tank (D) each in its corresponding
position.
5. Once the hoses are connected, introduce oil into the tank up to the level sight glass
(V).
6. Run the mixer for a few minutes and verify the absence of noise.
7. Stop the mixer and recheck the oil level. Fill if necessary up to the level sight glass
(V).
2-speed Gearbox
L
To check the oil level there is a sight glass (V) located on
the front of the gearbox.
If the level is low, it must be refilled through the filling
hole (L).
T
To drain the oil there is a plug (T) at the bottom of the
gearbox.
