EMERGENCY & BREAK DOWN ASSISTANCE

FLAT TYRE REPLACEMENT

Fitment of spare wheel :

1. Place the spare wheel on ground

below its location with outer side
of the wheel rim facing upwards.

2. Locate the retaining plate in the

central hole of spare wheel.

3. Using the wheel spanner the spare

wheel can be raised by rotating the
wheel winch screw in anticlockwise
direction.

Spare Wheel Retaining Plate

4. Align one of the wheel mounting

screw hole with the locating pin on
frame while raising the spare wheel.

5. Continue to rotate the wheel winch

screw in anticlockwise direction
until spare wheel is raised
completely.

CHANGING FLAT TYRE:

•

Slacken but do not remove the
wheel nuts using wheel spanner
provided in tool kit before raising the
vehicle.

•

Set the jack properly at correct
jacking point as shown for front or
rear wheel. The jacking points are
indicated on the vehicle ( Refer
jacking point location ). Slowly lift
the vehicle with the help of a jack
handle.
