7 - Various settings
Setting the phase
When using mics other than the included one, some output positive
signals and others output negative signals. Set this according to the
connected mic type.
Setting items (default value underlined)
DEFAULT / INVERT
DEFAULT: Record as a positive signal when positive sound pressure is
input using the included mic.
INVERT: Record as a negative signal (signal with phase inverted)
when positive sound pressure is input using the included
mic.
NOTE
The included mic outputs negative signals. The DEFAULT setting
records as a positive signal.

7 - 2 Recording file settings
Setting the recording file format
This sets the recording format used for recorded audio files.
Setting items (default value underlined)
WAV / MP3H / MP3L
WAV: WAV format will be used for recording audio files.
MP3H: MP3 format (192kbps) will be used for recording audio files.
MP3L: MP3 format (128kbps) will be used for recording audio files.

NOTE
The 44.1kHz/48kHz sampling frequency and MONO (mono)/POLY
(stereo) recording file type settings will be applied to audio files
recorded in MP3 format. Stereo files, however, will have the same data
on both left and right channels.
