BELT REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS

REMOVE ACCESS PANEL

LOOSEN JAM NUT ON REVERSE TENSION BOLT

TURN REVERSE TENSION BOLT INWARDS TO ALLOW

TENSIONER TO MOVE

MOVE/PUSH TENSIONER PULLEY AWAY FROM BELT AND

REMOVE BELT

INSTALL BELT IN REVERSE ORDER, MAKE SURE BELT IS
ALIGNED PROPERLY AND ALL GROOVES ARE IN THE

CORRECT AREA

ADJUST REVERSE TENSION BOLT SO THERE IS

1/16”

1/8”

CLEARANCE BETWEEN BOLT AND THE BODY OF THE UNIT.
