TANDBERG 

FieldView Administrator Guide

SD card slow to format in File Browser.

Cause

Solution

Card has a non-standard file system.

Format the card on a PC. In Windows XP, right-click on the card 
and select Format. Set File System to FAT, set Allocation Unit 
Size to Default, and do not check Quick Format. Then press 
Start to format the card. Remove the card from the PC. Now 
format the card using File Browser.See

Recording on SD card has incorrect date and time in name

Cause

Solution

TANDBERG FieldView Device has incorrect date 
and time.

Set correct date and time in 

Configuration > Time

Software update can’t find files on SD card

Cause

Solution

Wrong folder name on SD card.

On a PC, verify the SD card contains the expected folder or 
search path

Wrong file name format.

On a PC, verify update files on SD card are named as shown in
