Display Operation

TANDBERG Videoconferencing System

Videoconference Operation

When the Director receives/initiates a video/audio call.

When an incoming call connects the user will be automatically taken
to the

Videoconference Main Screen

, otherwise on the

TASKBAR

select the

VIDEOCONFERENCE

button to access the

Call Control

Screen

Making Calls

From the

Call Control screen

there are two methods that you can use to make a call:

SPEED

DIALING

and

MANUAL

DIALING

Speed Dialing

To call a previously set speed dial number:

In the

ADDRESS

BOOK

select a speed dial site; its call details will be displayed in the white text

bar. You can use the

DOWN

ARROWS

to scroll or page through all the available speed dials.

If this is the site you wish to call press the green

CONNECT

button. The call will be established

as defined.

If the remote site is not answering select the red

HANG

button to disconnect the call.

When the call is established the

Videoconference Main Screen

will be displayed.
