5. Using MMCSS services
Use MMCSS service to activate higher priority support for ASIO drivers. Note: at
present, only the latest version of Cubase / Nuendo can support activation of
this option under high load. Enabling this option for other software will reduce
performance. After restarting aslo, the changes take effect. This makes it easy to
check which settings work better. It is on by default. When the basic process
priority of VST rack is "real-time", it is suggested to turn off MMCSS, which will
improve the stability of recording. When the priority is "real-time", using MMCSS
will cause thread priority inversion and instability.
■ Playing setting instruction
MX630 supports ASIO direct monitoring, but it should be noted that not all
programs fully support direct monitoring, which will affect the compatibility of
ADM. MX630 supports Mme, WDM and DirectSound, and which one is better
depends on the application used.
In the audio playback software used, mx630 must be set as the output device.
Generally speaking, such settings can be made in the options or settings under
the playback device, audio device and other menus of the play software.
Take " KuGou " music as an example. The screenshot is the " KuGou " music
setting dialog box. After selecting a device, the audio data will be sent to the
corresponding virtual output device (depending on the selected playing device),
as shown in the following figure:
