3. ASIO buffer
ASIO buffer has five options: 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, which can be set according
to different requirements.
The size of buffer can determine the delay of ASIO and WDM in and out data, and
also has some influence on system stability. Displays the delay time of audio
input and output in milliseconds. The lower the ASIO buffer value, the lower the
audio delay.
Buffer selection principle: the smaller the buffer is, the lower the delay is, but it
is also easy to cause buffer loss. Select a better buffer size according to the
performance of your computer. The selection of buffer has a matching
relationship with the sampling rate and stream mode. When the buffer does not
match , the system will give corresponding instructions. At this time, you need to
increase the buffer appropriately , as shown in the following figure :

ASIO does not support asynchronism operation. This means that the input and
output signals of ASIO will have to have the same sampling rate, otherwise it
leads to noise.
4. Audio quality
Audio quality selection: when the sampling rate is greater than 48K and above,
this option works to determine the audio quality of the sound resampled from
the system speaker.
