RT Dispense
1.
For Cell / RT dispense and scanning, select the “3’DE / HTCR” tab.

Before the dispense step, place the chip securely and flatly on the cool chuck, and the loaded 384-well
plate on the plate nest. Refer to the plate map shown below (Figure 31).

Close the front door of ICELL8 cx unit.
4.
To initiate RT dispense, click the [Dispense RT - PCR mix] button.
