Select the path and the name of the folder where data will be saved. Press [OK] to confirm.

Chip scanning will begin. It takes roughly 13 minutes.

7.

When chip scanning is complete, the system will ask if you want to save the result file. Press [Save]
to proceed.

8.

Name the results file.

The vacuum should turn off automatically when scanning is complete. You can remove the chip at
this time.

10.

Close the SMARTer ICELL8 cx CellSelect Software GUI and image viewer.
